MITNIK portable track pin press with model MIT-100C 100 ton is designed to make on-site work easier and safer. This pin press has a lightweight, user-friendly system that is ideal for servicing excavators and bulldozers up to Caterpillar D9, Komatsu PC600, or D155. It is also capable of repairing other brands of excavators and bulldozers or any type of machinery, using tracked chains such as trencher chains or apron feeders. The MIT-100C press features an open C-frame design and a full range of tools to service tracked chains ranging from 63" (15.9 mm) to 2.56" (65.1 mm) pin diameters.
The MIT-100C does not come with a hydraulic pump and can also be paired with one of several durable pumps to match the power of a workshop or service truck. Electric is the most popular option, 115V or 220V (50Hz or 60 Hz and CE certified), pneumatic or manual power options are also available.
For safety during use, we also offer optional pressure gauges, slings (designed for use with this press) and safety blankets (to protect against possible splashing debris). Additionally, to protect your investment and keep everything in one convenient place, the World Trade Center offers a custom storage/travel case for safely and securely storing and transporting your MIT100 press, pump, and tools.

MIT-150C crawler pin disassembly machine uses the principle that hydraulic energy is transformed into mechanical energy, and is a special tool for disassembly and assembly of crawler track pins of crawler excavators. Use our product large flow manual pump (suitable for field operations), or hydraulic electric pump (220V, 380V) as the power source to make the hydraulic cylinder move forward quickly, so that the pin can be removed smoothly. Instead of gas cutting, the method of manpower hammering. Ensure that the track is intact and not damaged. It is an ideal special tool for crawler excavator maintenance and assembly. The fuel tank must be filled with 46# hydraulic oil during the first use before the machine can be tested.

It depends on what you are buying. Normally, our minimum order is one 20’ full container and LCL container (less than a container load) can be acceptable.
5. What is your delivery time?
FOB Xiamen or any Chinese port : 20 days . If there are any parts in stock , our delivery time is only 0-7 days.
