What pin diameter range does this press handle?

The MIT-150C handles track pins from 32 mm to 50 mm in diameter, covering medium bulldozers (CAT D4–D7, Komatsu D41–D65) and 20–30 ton excavators (Komatsu PC200–PC300, Hitachi 500–500–800–ZX200–ZX270, Volvo EC210–EC290, and more). For pins above 50 mm, see our MIT-200C (200-ton) and MIT-300C (300-ton) models.

Electric or manual — which should I choose?

The electric model (MIT-150C-E) is faster for workshop use with a foot pedal for hands-free control. The manual model (MIT-150C-M) requires no power source and is ideal for field repair. Both use the same C-frame and cylinder — and you can purchase the alternate pump station later if your needs change.

Does it come with tooling adapters?

Yes. Every MIT-150C ships with a 6-piece tooling adapter set covering 32–50 mm pin diameters. No additional purchases needed to start working.

Can one person operate this press?

Yes. The C-frame is designed for single-person positioning, and the foot pedal (electric) or hand lever (manual) leaves both hands free to guide the pin. Total assembly weight is approximately 435 kg, distributed across the C-frame, pump station, and tooling case — each component is individually movable.

Do you ship worldwide?
